from “Me” to you!

So when they were sent off, they came to Antioch; and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the letter. When they had read it, they rejoiced over its encouragement.

Acts 15:30-31

Conveying her love, one ordinary day my daughter gave her dad and me our own little book filled with personalized love notes she had written. Her dad’s book is titled A Whole Book of Things I Love About Dad, by your favorite daughter and mine is called A Whole Book of Things I Love About Mom by your one & only daughter (not to be confused with my “bonus” daughters). Sometimes experiences and our limited ability to express ourselves prohibit the one we love from knowing the depth of our love. Written communications however, if believed, reinforce acts of love while minimizing doubt caused by adverse circumstances. The Holy Bible is God’s written revelation of Himself and can be characterized as Gods personalized letter revealing Whole Collections of His unfailing Love which He expresses throughout.  His love is revealed in passages such as: God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (Jn. 3:10). His love is continually reinforced all through the Bible with divine proclamations as: I have loved you with an everlasting love (Jer. 31:3);  I have plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jer. 29:11); God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners [spiritually separated from God], Christ died for us (Rom. 5:8) and By kindness and love, God saved us, not because of righteous [morally right] things we had done, but because of His mercy (Titus 3:4-5).  Reading, hearing, and believing God’s written communication, The Holy Bible reinforces His established love for humanity while bolstering joy and encouragement from within; especially during life’s crushing circumstances. His letter is to you!
